WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR PART MANUFACTURERS:

DNJ ENGINE COMPONENTS:
All DNJ ENGINE COMPONENTS carry a 12 month warranty. Claims for warranty must be made by the original purchaser direct from DNJ ENGINE COMPONENTS, Inc. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective product only. Any alleged defective products must be returned to D&J Rock Products, Inc for inspection for warranty to be approved. D&J Rock Products, Inc will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, freon, filters, lodging, or car or truck

ITM ENGINE COMPONENTS:
The obligation of ITM under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only. The warranty for all parts is for ninety(90) days or three thousand(3000) miles, whichever occurs first. The warranty period is from the original date of purchase . Labor charges, towing, or any other coincidental charges of an alleged defective part is not covered under this warranty.

TOPLINE:
A 12 month 12,000 mile warranty applies to all parts, with limited time warranty on cylinder heads(90 days). The original purchaaser must make claims for warranty inspection.

CRANKSHAFT KITS
Seller may, at its option, replace at point of delivery or allow credit for the price of, products furnished by seller and returned by customer as authorized by seller and found by seller, before the point of installation, to be defective or not in conformity with specifications agreed upon, provided notice therof has been given and seller has had resonable opportunity to make inspection of the same. Seller shall not be liable, whether to the original purchaser or to anyone else, for the cost of any damage, whether to persons property, including consequential damages occurring because of the use of sellers products. This warranty is null and void after the time of installation of sellers products.
